• Manage day-to-day operations, including venue management, inventory control, and quality assurance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication

• A current NSW RSA Card
• Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent
• Proven experience in senior-level roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in high-end environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, think critically, and make informed decisions
