Job Title: Barista Expert

We are seeking an experienced Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
  • Operate point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a cafe or barista role (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
