About This Role

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner's critical dates
  • Review and analyse performance of the properties, including monthly, quarterly reports and reforecast reports, to maintain efficient and tight control over operating costs
  • Manage the prompt processing of creditor Tax Invoices and authorise payment of processed invoices as per client limits and JLL's credit authority procedures
  • Ensure accurate records of all tenancy matters, including correspondence and official documentation, are maintained and filed in the appropriate files
  • Ensure tenants adhere to their lease and Building Rules and regulations
  • Liaise and conduct timely discussions/meetings with stakeholders, ensuring file notes are kept of important matters
  • Respond to tenant/contractor complaints/issues with professionalism and appropriate communication
  • Liaise and collaborate with leasing agency operatives as required
  • Building operational management, including arranging repairs and maintenance and managing services contractors as required

Requirements

  • Commercial property management experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Tertiary qualifications (Property or Financial) would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate (including Property Management) is required
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong financial acumen
  • A proven track record in delivering a high standard of service to clients
