Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager and two Project Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing sections of works and projects valued over $20m. They will also have strong earthworks experience and have worked with a civil contractor managing roads or earthworks packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and Managing a Team
    • Mentor and manage a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Client Liaison
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Budget and P&L Responsibilities
    • Manage budgets and profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met
  • Programme Management
    • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly programmes to ensure project milestones are met
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Manage subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements
  • Safety, Environment, and Quality
    • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met on all projects
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of multidisciplinary staff on complex projects

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Ideal candidate will have a qualified Civil Engineer or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Experience
    • Must have worked on infrastructure or earthworks projects valued over $5m
    • Must have experience managing a team of engineers and supervisors
    • Must have worked closely with quality, safety, and environmental teams
    • Must have strong project commercial experience
    • Ideal candidate will have exposure to bid teams
