We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical governance and compliance, mentoring and supporting a dedicated care team, collaborating with allied health professionals and leadership, championing person-centred care and continuous improvement, and driving occupancy and funding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage clinical governance and compliance
