Position Overview:

This is a management role focused on overseeing the successful operation of a supermarket in a remote community.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and working with limited resources to achieve business objectives.

About this Role:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of a supermarket, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including suppliers and community leaders

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years' retail management experience
  • Proven track record of improving sales and profitability in challenging environments
  • Certificate III in Retail or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
