Job Description

The Steeples venue in Mornington is seeking casual Kitchen Hands to support their culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean all kitchen equipment regularly
  • Dispose of rubbish effectively
  • Assist chefs with food preparation
  • Monitor supplies according to food volume and menu requirements
  • Stock fridges efficiently
  • Maintain kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns
Requirements
  • Experience in a large bistro kitchen or a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Understanding of current Food Safety legislation (HACCP)
  • Excellent communication skills
