Clean guest rooms to exacting standards. Ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the Guest Room.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace them with clean ones.
2. Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room according to procedure.
3. Makes bed.
4. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
5. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.

Additional tasks may include removing room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Requirements

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day. Perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision. Exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms as per hotel standards.

Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs.

High school education is not required. Up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
