Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in Homebush with an ASAP start. The role involves working 10am - 6pm.

The client is a leader in the environmental technology industry, operating across 32 locations nationally for over 120 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines.
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer information in databases through regular updates.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Undertake special projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Provide excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
About You:
  • Ability to work in a multi-skilled team to achieve set objectives;
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft word, excel and outlook applications.
  • Organisational and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Need to have a can-do attitude and willing to learn

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
