Senior Automation and Control Systems Manager

As a seasoned Automation and Control Systems Manager, you will spearhead project lifecycles across pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and process manufacturing.
About the RoleWe seek an accomplished professional to drive innovation and quality in highly regulated environments. You'll oversee full project scopes from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute automation projects with precision.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects' scope, budgets, timelines, and risk effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls engineers, validation teams, IT, and production.
- Oversee control system design, integration, installation, commissioning, and validation (PLC, SCADA, DCS).
- Evaluate compliance with GMP, GAMP5, and regulatory requirements for system validation and documentation.
- Communicate progress, align with objectives, and foster stakeholder trust.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors efficiently.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing automation or process control projects.
- Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and batch control systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards: GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, ISA-88/95.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
