We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our graduate program as a Physiotherapist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have suffered work-related or non-work-related injuries, or who have experienced a debilitating illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate initial needs and conduct workplace assessments to determine the best course of action for each client
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers
  • Assess clients' transferable skills, qualifications, and interests to identify future employment or training options
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and facilitate business objectives

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
  • Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating
  • Have graduated within the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025
  • Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable)
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check and have a clear national criminal check record
  • Possess a full driver's license
