Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Marleston. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, while also supporting our centre team in delivering exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance.

- A comprehensive induction and training program to ensure your success in the role.
