Feedstock Logistics Specialist

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Feedstock Logistics Specialist to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood. This full-time role offers 8 hours of rotating shifts (day, afternoon & night) and immediate start.

In this new position as Feedstock Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring silo systems to ensure proper storage and distribution of feed materials.
• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of silos and related equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Loading and unloading feed materials from trucks and documenting transactions accurately.
• Maintaining inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to silo operations.

• Prior experience as a Silo Operator or in a similar industrial or agricultural setting is essential.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures are required.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills are necessary to report issues clearly.
• Physical fitness to work in all weather conditions is mandatory.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
