About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Branch Support role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting essential industries and helping our trade customers get the materials they need to work effectively every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting our trade customers and ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining high standards of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
  • Embracing our values, policies and procedures.
  • Being a supportive team member

Skills and Experience:

  • No industry experience required
  • Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative & enthusiasm
  • Clean drivers' licence and some general computer skills
  • You'll be a team player with exceptional safety awareness
