About the Opportunity
  • Contribute to the expansion of a top 20 accounting firm in Australia
  • Work closely with Partners and colleagues, receiving mentorship to advance into leadership roles

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Partners to complete client work efficiently
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services with expertise
  • Assisting with staff training and promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Leading and reviewing financial statement preparation and income tax return preparation
  • Liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participating in training seminars, meetings, and social events
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach
