Your New Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Contract Management Professional to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading contract management and risk mitigation strategies for the Metronet project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive contract management and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage extensions of time (EOTs), variation orders, and contract amendments
- Analyse contracts to build and drive the implementation of the contract and claims management strategy plan
- Monitor work to ensure compliance with contract obligations
- Issue contractual notices to customers and partners in a timely manner
- Establish and implement project-specific commercial procedures
- Develop and produce project-specific processes and methods for contract/claim management
- Anticipate events and risks associated with contract management activities

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Extensive experience in contract and claims management in the delivery of railway, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Ability to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong knowledge and experience with Contract Management and Project Management tools and systems
