About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team at Coles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bake a variety of products: From bread and pastries to cakes and biscuits, you will be responsible for producing a range of delicious baked goods.
2. Maintain high standards: You will ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Work effectively in a team: As part of our bakery team, you will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands.
4. Contribute to a safe working environment: You will adhere to our safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced baker with:

1. Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required.
2. Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
3. Food safety and hygiene knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
