About the role

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations whilst driving sales across multiple product ranges. The role involves developing relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include supervising day to day branch operations, including all aspects of team management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring product pricing and trading margins. Additionally, you will maintain stock control and merchandising.

How can I tell if this is for me?

To be successful in this role, you should be customer and sales focused with experience in a similar role. You should also be proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you. A positive and optimistic attitude is also required. Additionally, you should have a high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small. A strong sense of urgency – the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment – is also essential. Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you're passionate about learning our industry and product range.
