About the Position

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee our South Australian sales operations. You'll lead a high-performing team and play a key part in strengthening our market share, while unlocking growth in underperforming categories such as roofing through effective project management.

You'll partner with internal teams including Trade Sales, Housing, Dulux Trade Centres, Inspirations Paint Stores and strategic resellers, ensuring alignment to the national sales strategy while tailoring success for your state through strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor and coach your state sales team to build capability, improve sales execution, and deliver financial targets through data-driven insights.
  • Use tools and technology to drive customer growth and category expansion.
  • Build and manage a strong project pipeline across new construction, commercial repaint and roofing through specification and top-down influence.
  • Execute national sales call plans, pricing strategies and key account objectives with precision.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D and internal partners to deliver product launches, service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee state P&L performance, forecasting and compliance while maintaining strong customer and industry relationships.
About You

We're looking for someone with strong leadership and coaching capabilities, experience in business development, strategic thinking and negotiation, as well as strong commercial acumen with budgeting and financial management experience.

A tertiary qualification in business, finance or related field is desirable, but not essential.
