About the Role

As a key member of our Corporate Accounts Payable team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment to our suppliers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing invoices received from suppliers, chasing hotels for statements and invoicing clients within Service Level Agreements (SLA), and assisting operational staff and suppliers with queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices received from suppliers
  • Chase hotels for statements and invoice clients within SLA
  • Assist operational staff and suppliers with queries
  • Work cohesively with the wider finance team to ensure accounts payable processes are followed accurately
  • Maintain supplier information in the Accounts Payable System
  • Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic math and accounting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in financial concepts
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
