Role Summary:

We are seeking six experienced Desktop Engineers to join a major Windows 11 upgrade project. These are contract roles with an immediate start and will run until the end of November.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing End User device technical support and customer-oriented service experience.
  • Manning the technical hub for walk-up requests.
  • Troubleshooting desktops laptops and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
  • Working within Azure AD.
  • Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting peripherals (printers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, etc.).
  • Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment.
  • ITIL v3 MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded.
  • There is also scope for the position to be converted to fulltime employment.
