Pool Team Leader Role

We are seeking a skilled Pool Team Leader to join our team at the Wee Waa Memorial Swimming Pool. As a key member of our aquatic facilities operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the pool.

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of the pool's plant, equipment, and facilities.
  • Lead and guide our staff in safe equipment operations and handling.
  • Assist the Front Desk and Kiosk with managing customer interactions, stock orders, and entry procedures.

As a certified lifeguard, you will also be required to take on the role of lifeguard when necessary, safeguarding the well-being of our swimmers.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation.
  • A track record of effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
