Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves handling high volumes of calls, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role

  • This is a part-time opportunity, with 20-25 hours per week available. The hours will be rotated between Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 9pm.
  • The position requires a full-time training period, which will last for six weeks. During this time, you will work from our office in Richmond, Sydney.
  • After the training period, you will work from home, with one compulsory day per week at the office.
  • This role requires you to adhere to a 'no leave' policy until January 2026. National public holidays will be standard days off.
  • You will be working as part of a close-knit team that supports each other and celebrates team wins.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls, assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, meeting the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the success of our business by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results.
  • Meet call handling times and call quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, a highly regarded software in the industry.
