Lead Educator Opportunity

This part-time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team. As Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment of our children, while also building strong connections with your team and school community.

Job Description:

As Lead Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, child-led experiences that foster growth and imagination. You will work closely with the Director of Service to ensure the program is safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff members.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Service to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA.
  • Experience in OSHC, early childhood, education or youth work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
