The Role

This permanent part-time position is based at our Christie Downs site, where you'll provide nursing care to residents, check medication, and undertake medication rounds. You'll also be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation meets legislative requirements and model best practices to enhance resident quality of life.

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with individual needs and preferences
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Liaise with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion within the team
