Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Unit Coordinator in our Aged Care facility in Melbourne.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Supervise and guide care staff to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through AHPRA.
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care planning.
