About the Role

As a key member of our teaching team, you will work closely with senior educators and the educational leader to develop and enhance engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality early learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES TO SUPPORT CHILDREN'S GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A CURRENT NSW WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
