Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the administrative team, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring performance, maintaining compliance with established protocols, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating internal and external communications, maintaining accurate records, supporting HR and finance departments, identifying areas for process improvement, and training new staff.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level administrative position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office and office management software, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
