Operations Excellence Leader

The General Manager Operations is responsible for leading the development of internal and external teams to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Align operations with organisational vision
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture
- Lead innovation and operational excellence across port warehousing network
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven ability to build relationships across global teams and local 3PL partners, with a commitment to safety and quality as a non-negotiable priority.
Requirements- Innovative and critical thinker with strong skills and knowledge to lead complex operations in fertiliser industry
- Qualifications include: innovation, critical thinking, accountability, economic understanding, building relationships, continuous learning mindset, engineering principles, project management experience, legal and regulatory matters, subject matter expertise in fertiliser or bulk logistics industries
Experience within the Fertiliser industry, background of developing and managing 3PL relationships, proven record of managing P&L, demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking are highly desirable.
