Job Title: Logistics Associate
We are seeking a skilled and organized Logistics Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver goods: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts and accessories to customers using company vehicles.
- Coordinate logistics: Arrange deliveries from the store to the customer, communicate order status effectively, and provide seamless customer service.
- Inventory management: Receive and maintain accurate inventory records, as well as daily vehicle logs.
- Quality control: Review part numbers on invoices for accuracy and ensure products match listed numbers.
- Record-keeping: Maintain precise records and prevent errors or discrepancies.
- Cash handling: Collect payments as necessary.
- A valid Class 7 or 5 License is required, with a clean driver's abstract preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
- Capacity to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
