Role Summary:

Coles Merchandiser Position

We are seeking an experienced Planogram Merchandiser to join our retail team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to create high-quality planograms in stores.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate planograms in stores
  • Pricing and ticketing compliance
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Submit timely reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
  • Adhere to established standards and ways of working
Requirements:
  • Planogram experience in a grocery or retail environment (not essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills
  • Previous experience within the Coles Group is highly regarded

Flexible Working Arrangements:

We offer competitive hourly rates ($31.68 per hour) and flexible work-life balance - live local/work local. Hours vary depending on business needs, up to 20 hours per week (average 10 hours per week), Monday to Friday with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday being essential days.
