Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of our software products before release.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
- Perform System Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Document issues, facilitate troubleshooting, and manage defect tracking in Jira/Zephyr.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps using YAML.
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years' experience in automation testing with strong programming skills.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) and test management software.
- Exposure to D365 fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be part of a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Work on delivering reliable, scalable solutions for customers.
