Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operations technology solutions that focus on plant performance, operations safety, and automation of operations and business processes.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, designs, and strategies for operations, asset management, planning, supply chain management, and risk management domains.
  • Lead the culture of agile delivery and the dev ops approach, fit-for-purpose design, automation, manage by exception, and abnormal situation management.
  • Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, assess costs and benefits, and manage change and implementation.
  • Contribute to evaluating factors that must be addressed in the change programme.
  • Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches that leverage technology components.
  • Evaluate financial, cultural, technological, organizational, and environmental factors that must be addressed in the change programme.
  • Establish requirements for implementing significant changes in organizational mission, business functions, and processes, organizational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Architects.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience delivering operational technology solutions to large Government or Health organizations.
  • Over 10 years of experience in solution and integration architecture in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
