Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and respond to sales inquiries with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
  • Effectively unpack and merchandise stock to meet business needs
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
  • Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Apply pricing and markdowns as required, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Lift and move up to 15kg and climb ladders safely, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, promoting a positive image of the business
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, demonstrating a proven track record of success
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, driven by a desire to exceed customer expectations
  • An interest in or some personal experience of travel, which can bring diverse perspectives and ideas to the role
