We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Canberra office as a Data Processing Specialist, working on a new project with two available shifts: 7:30am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm.

This role involves handling sensitive content that may include distressing information or images. The successful candidate must be comfortable with this aspect of the job.

Due to security measures, all candidates must be Australian Citizens and either possess or be willing to obtain baseline security clearance.

About the Role

Data Processing Specialists play a crucial role in TIMG's success in delivering projects to our customers. Based in Canberra, our team works on shared projects and initiatives while also collaborating autonomously with local and state-wide clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring correct use of internal systems in accordance with instructions
  • Preparing documents for scanning
  • Using Microsoft Office to enter data
  • Picking and packing related to digitisation tasks
  • Performing high-speed scanning of records
  • Managing post-processing of scanned images
  • Conducting quality assurance
