About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Brand Ambassador Team for the Holiday Season.

As a representative of an Internationally recognised Coffee Brand, you will create a positive and engaging experience for customers.

Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling and converting engagements into sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through coffee sampling
  • Convert customer engagements into coffee sales
  • Assist customers in finding their perfect machine
  • Drive brand engagement

About You:

  • You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
  • You are available to work Monday - Sunday and extended trade
  • You have impeccable standards of personal grooming
  • You excel at communication and relationship building

Key Requirements:

  1. Prepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines
  2. Complete coffee transactions
  3. Customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  6. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  7. Provide excellent customer service
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales
  9. Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products
  10. Work collaboratively with team members
  11. Perform opening and closing duties as required
