Senior Deli Management Opportunity

Overview

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on the role of Senior Deli Manager. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of deli staff and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service, product knowledge and merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of deli staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is turned over efficiently and at optimal levels.
  • Manage deli displays and maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels and staff performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
