Early Childhood Professional Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Educator to lead our Toddler Room. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to their early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs, promoting positive relationships and supporting each child's learning journey.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Take charge of your own room, fostering creativity and innovation while prioritizing the well-being and safety of every child.

About the Role:

  • Prime Location: nestled in a residential area close to local schools and shops.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
