Freelance Interpreter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a freelance interpreter to work with various organizations in the UK, including the NHS, Local Authorities, and Police.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled interpreter to work on a flexible basis with our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
  • Verify the understanding of non-English speakers after each sentence
  • Provide consecutive, conference, and public service interpreting
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Facilitate communication between service users and providers
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and another language
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Age 21 or above
  • Formal qualifications such as Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or Community Interpreting
