Job Description

At our vibrant and bustling Fitzroy venue, we are seeking a full-time FOH Supervisor to assist in leading our Front of House team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistently high-quality presentation of our world-class product and providing guests with moments of joy each time they enter our venue.

As a FOH Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the venue, working closely with the Melbourne FOH Manager and the Venue Manager to lead, guide, and inspire the FOH team in meeting our standards of excellence.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced team leader within a hospitality-focused service industry, with a minimum tenure of 1.5 years at one venue. You will possess excellent communication skills, be a calm and consistent collaborator, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Curating exceptional guest experiences
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Managing performance and delivering feedback to team members
  • Maintaining a positive work environment that values individuality and flexibility
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a team leader within a hospitality-focused service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for coffee and interest in leading a coffee program
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
