Job Title: SMT Operator

Our client, a leading Australian manufacturer of air conditioners, is seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join their team. As an SMT Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Surface Mount Technology production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate SMT equipment to achieve optimal performance and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform PCB assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may impact production efficiency.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure defect-free products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SMT operation and PCB assembly.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in tooling and fixtures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions, process documents, and drawings.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
