Role Summary

As a field services technician, you will be responsible for executing works on Verbrec's operated pipelines and external clients. This involves providing technical support to ensure the safe and efficient execution of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute meter validations, non-fiscal equipment calibrations, cathodic protection surveys, DCVG surveys, PLC fault finding, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of pipelines and associated facilities.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in strict accordance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in process plant operations or CP 1 - Cathodic Protection Tester - NACE (desirable).
  • Equivalent trade certificate - Cert III in Electro Technology (mandatory).
  • Experience within the gas industry, specifically in areas such as electrical, instrumentation, PLC, meter validations, and EEHA.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good communications skills, both written and oral.
