Clinical Project Manager Role Overview



We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at GenesisCare CRO. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from phase 1-4 and clinical registries, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage project planning, implementation, evaluation, prioritization, reporting, and delivery of clinical trials and registries.
  • Act as the point of contact for assigned projects with sponsor and internal study teams.
  • Ensure clinical research projects are properly resourced, managed, executed, and reported within budget and in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
  • Closely work with sponsor study teams, provide clear project direction, and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation of study essential documents, manage internal clinical trial files, and coordinate day-to-day study operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including Labs, clinical trial supply companies, and coordination of activities.
  • Participate in Investigator Meetings and support research Business Development in the Request for Proposal and Bid Defence processes.
  • Manage project finance, revenue forecasting, accrual of work orders, and process billing and invoices.


Requirements




  • Minimum Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in clinical research project management in CRO, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotechnology.
  • Formal project management certification desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading clinical trials, with experience in project management, medical monitoring, site management, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, data management, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrable experience in vendor management and deep understanding of ICH-GCP requirements.
  • Understanding of clinical trial budgets, client and site contracts, and client billing.
  • Experience working in Oncology therapeutic areas highly preferable.
