O'Shea and Charlton Racing are seeking experienced trackwork riders to join their team at Randwick. Riding hours begin from 5:30am and finish around 9/9:30am depending on the morning.

Riders will be required to have excellent horsemanship skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fulltime and casual positions are available for those looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of O'Shea and Charlton Racing.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of physical fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
