Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Marsden Park, Sydney Metro region.
This exciting opportunity involves managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts and developing new business opportunities for Orrcon Steel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong partnering relationships with customers and ensuring profitable growth of revenue, margin, and market share.
About the Role:- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and optimize existing account customers
- Develop business 'partnerships' between Orrcon Steel and its customers
- Work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share
In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You will take pride in your work and love being customer-facing, offering exceptional service to drive business growth.
About You:- Previous account management experience
- Effective relationship management and influencing capability
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
