Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment condition and reliability, providing technical support to the Maintenance and Production teams, and performing preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment condition and reliability to ensure company safety, production, and quality targets are achieved.
  • Provide technical support to the Maintenance and Production teams.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime, including contribution to routine planned shutdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes.
  • Assist with breakdowns and conduct troubleshooting analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • An Electrical A grade Licence.
  • Experience working as an electrician in a FMCG manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in safe working practices and isolation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual with a great work ethic.
