This 12-month entry-level program offers a unique opportunity for graduates to develop their skills, capabilities, and experiences to work effectively and contribute to a high-performing team.

The NDIA Graduate Program includes:
  • A curriculum-based development program delivered by the APS Academy, aligning with the six APS Crafts and APS Work Level Standards.
  • Graduate rotations in various business areas across the Agency, providing on-the-job work experience.
  • Access to mentoring through our Mentoring Program and coaching and career planning.
  • Opportunities to build strong professional networks at the Agency and within the APS.
  • An accelerated career pathway and salary progression from APS4.1 pay point on commencement to APS5.1 pay point upon successful completion of the NDIA GP.
