The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Health Practitioner to join our team at our Frankston practice. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with nurses and general practitioners to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Provide post-vaccination observations and manage emergency situations
  • Support GPs with minor procedures and coordinate patient data
  • Offer wound care services, including dressings and suture removal
  • Deliver health education and coaching to support patient goals

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience in General Practice or an acute setting
  • Knowledge of health assessment principles highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
