IT Service Delivery Manager

This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to customers in a specific region.
About the Position:- Lead the design and implementation of continual improvement initiatives for IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities.
- Cultivate expertise and coach professionals in good service management practices.
- Maintain responsibility for our service management system, serving as a single point of contact for the global Service Now team.
- Service Improvement: Develop recommendations, provide maturity assessments, and governance guidance.
- Service Management Expert and Coach: Deliver training and guidance on effective service management techniques.
- Service Custodian: Oversee the service management system, liaising with the global Service Now team.
- Service Design: Create designs aligned with the ANZ Service Design and Transition Practice Framework.
- Senior-level ITSM experience, encompassing process development and improvement.
- Background in enterprise service, process, or functional capability development.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with knowledge of service architecture and managed solutions design.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Service Now or other service management systems.
- Capacity to produce clear, concise service management documents.
- Able to effectively coach and train service management professionals.
- ITIL Service Management Certification.
