Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, supervising staff members, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members
  • Create and maintain employee schedules
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times
